The couple would meet with the coordinator for an initial consultation, and then again, a month before the wedding to go over the expectations of the wedding.

During the month we will have weekly checklists, and check-ins each week to better organize your wedding. This package begins a month before the couples wedding day.

• -One face-to-face “get to know you meeting”.

• -Weekly check-ins starting a month before the wedding date to ensure timeline is on schedule.

• -Creating a detailed timeline for events for the wedding day.

• -Vendor recommendations.

• -Serve as middleman between the couple and vendors. Communicating to all vendors to confirm arrival, delivery, and pick-up times.

• -Oversee ceremony and reception set-up.

• -Floor Plan assistance

• -Distribute final payments and gratuities to all vendors.

• -Collecting personal wedding gifts and personal belongings for the bridal party to take home.

• -Full on-site venue walkthrough.

• -Full on-site rehearsal coordination.

• -Full on-site ceremony and reception coordination up to 10 hours in length.
